MN | I understand living above your means, but since when does building a house or upgrading to a different house fall into the category of excessive? And as far as a house being an unproductive asset, I do not care if your house costs 50k or 500k, fact of the matter is you NEED a place to live and so does your family if you have one. I wouldn't call that unnecessary or even unproductive. At least when you are paying a mortgage it is going toward something. | |
