just herd a farmer retiring and renting out his 1800 acres for 450/ac in SE Iowa. I was thinking rent would start going down but I must be off my rocker
. If I was him I'd be sure and get it all up front. I'd really like to ask whoever is crazy enough to think they can come out on that just what they are thinking.
