| I sure hope we don't have to relive those years again also. From what I saw in my area there were several guys that I knew that graduated from college in the mid 70s and the seemed to use there dads equity to expand and buy a lot of land. When the 80's started they were the first ones to have trouble. I remember a few guys that graduated from high school in the late 80s and early 90's start to expand just the same way the other guys had 10 years earlier. the ones that started in the late 80's could not seem to make a mistake as the value of the land they bought kept going up so they had a plenty of equity right away. I also think there ahs never been a better time to farm then the last 10 years but I am sure it seemed like there was never a better time to farm then the 70's also. It is going to get interesting. | |
