I did not have control of the financials. Things were done out of my control. I have the desire to fix things and make it work, but if I'm not allowed to handle then finances and use the tools needed, how am I any good to the operation?
If you want to have some control over their financials I sure won't bring their financial situation out to the public and put their information on a public forum. I think you guys all need to hire some outside professional help for both family communications and also financial planning. It would be much smarter to hire professionals instead of asking questions from a whole group of farmers that you don't know or have any idea of how they run their business. |
