southern MN | A lot of folk have been hurt over the years by neighbors, like in the 80s but other periods of time, where family deals used loans and games and loopholes and such to pass farms back and forth and let other good people holding the bag with unpaid rents, loans, and bills.
So, you said you were part of that other deal, now you say you are part of this big organic operation, and so folks are going to be suspicious.
Once bitten.....
You can be on the up and up here, but its just how this is going to go........ You bring up a lot of bad feelings for folks from the past. People that got hurt buy such deals.
