| This is all misunderstanding it appears...
Maybe my message didn't come across well on my OP a few weeks ago.
If I were to tell you to run my business, but NOT give you control of the financials, how much "running" would you be doing? Smart bet would be that the only running you would do is out the door to another job. Hard to do that to my in laws. So yes, while I did have access to the books and other info, NO I didn't have control of the tools necessary to FIX any of the problems.
