SESD | Can't exactly follow your situation. In other thread talked about 400 organic acres. This post says you rent 70% of organic. Do your inlaws have 400 and you also have some right now? Need to straighten that info out so you get honest responses.
Check out FSA for loan. Can get 300K there for land loan on 40yr amortization to help keep payments lower to start, even though you don't get far on principle, but can pay more if you want. If you had the cash for the other 60k + closing and such, that would be great, if not, FSA will do participation loans with a bank. Check it out. | |
