Kicking someone when they are down, takes a real lot of skill and ability. Really?

A lot of categories come to mind, of some posters here on this particular thread. I better not elaborate.

First 60 at 6k is only 360, so best advice is buy it if possible and work somewhere else. Like you are doing.

Then in your area, maybe you are not confined to corn and beans.

Maybe some higher row crop organic will pay much better.

You have other avenues to pay for the land.
With your education if a push comes to a shove.

Remember use caution and common sense.
