I'd say this was a joke, but based on your profile you do exist all be it I'm pretty sure you have zero experience and a pretty thin degree.

The details in your OP show me you are inexperienced about what is important when buying land and obviously you have zero outlets for credit and I'm not sure you ever had. Someone that has or is looking to buy land doesn't ask those types of questions.

Which makes your prior post about debt issues that much more strange.
