Timing and location is everything. If you lose your land base on the rented acres where will that leave you? The children will most likely want to sell or get top rent. I don't think land will be going up anytime soon but I don't know your situation as far as future opportunities. I'd suggest you pray  for wisdom and consider taking a step of faith.
