So. IL | Everyone can complain how the evil landlord wants high rent, and won't come down, but really that's the farmers fault and not the landlord right? In this area farmers were tripping over each other swinging for the fence and pushing rent to unrealistic numbers. I remember being told it's different this time and there was no way $3 corn would ever be back. The way I see it, if you want to sign a contract then it's time to get the check book out and start writing not whining to change the terms. | |
