What are the unintended consequences of a 100% estate tax? Less savings and investment?
There's already a wealth tax on estates...it's called laziness and stupidity...lots of this wealth is spent soon after its received by the next generation ...
There are issues with the step up in basis received in an estate too as well as the exemption amount...
