But I don't eat on a "diet" and don't actually eat hot dogs all that often. Stick mostly with sliced turkey breast the hot dogs are an occasional quick meal. I also do not count calories at all and pay no attention to them. Strictly limiting the carbs has been the way I have achieved most of my weight loss. I also don't get into the good carb / bad carb classifications. Just try to cut out as many as possible if it's listed as a carb it needs to be counted "in my opinion only." Glad you have had good success with your method same as I have had with mine. There is no universal solution to any of this, everyone needs to find their own path to success and weight loss.
