I don't have a problem paying teachers well. I have a big problem with the bloated administration system in this state. There is no reason to have more than one superintendent per county when you don't even have 1500 pupils in the whole deal. This county alone has four. Massive waste and spending at the administrative level.
Might be time to call the Auctioneer
