So a Canadian private commercial company can compel the sovereign government of the United States of America to exercise it's eminent domain authority to confiscate & convert the private property of its own citizens to the use of a foreign company on demand. So we not only abolish the right of private property but the principle of sovereignty as well. Good going. Donald Trump is right we don't deserve to live much less live in America.
