Maybe you can pick rocks on your list.

Grazing or haying is forbidden, except in emergency times and then you need to repay some of what you collected. As it should be.

CRP you are renting the land to the govt, and you are producing the crop they want. You need to follow the contract.

Just talked to an Agtalker that has been haying 1/3 of his crp every year. He gave up half of the payment on those acres. He had been interseeding clover in the mowed acres. Not a lot left by the time he can hay it. He said he's going to try some Till Rads this spring. Had his plan modified to allow the Rads. He said he has been able to do any conservation work he wanted to as long as he restored cover ASAP. He saw my post and called me within 10 minutes of my posting. He said local office did not want to go along with him until he showed them the rules listed under exceptions.
