Ontario's middle east | Will be interested to hear Ray and Rob weigh in. Here is my thought process on rolling H shorts. The h-k spread is ho-hum at -5to6.... not great but not inverted. If the report is bullish, we could lose a couple cents but no way in hell does it invert, so not a huge risk IMO. If the report is bearish, the selling hits the front end hard and pushes the carry up. Remember we generally build carry by punishing the front not rewarding the back.
