Red River Valley | Looking at the trade in grains today might have some positives here.
Second day where they have pushed them lower in the overnights only to see them battle back in the Open session, If beans can hold and start to push higher might have the makings for the short covering rally.
Now for the Jan. 12 report it really needs to be a game changer in one of two ways -
Either the report is bullish and that forces the Spec to cover their short position fueling a rally to $4.00 and $10.00 areas
Or the report is neutral to bearish and the bears look around the room and can not figure out who the next seller is which in and of itself will cause them to say ok if I can't find another seller its time to be a buyer before the rest of the seller figure this out.
If neither of these things happen it might get ugly -- at this point there is nothing to the weather in SA that will spark the flames of bullishness.
So I guess the Montra is Go, beans ,Go
