Sorry I can't make the link work properly...short piece on what Bill Gross sees happening.
It looks like he thinks we continue to have stagnant wages and he too kicks in on the demographic challenge the US faces with the retiring boomers.
I'm reading the accidental superpower by Peter zeihan and it looks like he and gross are on the same page for the most part...
