for that statement is exactly why I came up with this idea. If we sink 200 bucks an acre to cash rent the whole farm and it only average 150 and acre we are going to loose our ass with much more money invested. the 50/50 deal with the little incentive takes a lot of money and risk off the table.
Is this 50/50 lease fair?
