| A real bathroom has been shown a couple of times (Troi takes a (fully clothed) whirlpool bath in TNG's "Genesis", Capt Archer in ST:ENT takes a shower but gravity fails, making a mess), but I always thought that an actual toilet has never been portrayed.
Then I can recall a scene in Star Trek V : Final Frontier, where the ship has been commandeered by Sybok and Kirk, Spock, McCoy were thrown in the brig. When Kirk queries Spock on possible escape routes, he sits down by pushing a button then a seat pops out of the wall. Later I realized that this must be the brigs toilet.
