When your in a drought and the forecast calls for rain it seems like those forecasts end up being wrong and dry. The atmosphere gets hotter and less humid because the ground is drier and less vegetation then it is more difficult for the air to make rain. Drought perpetuates drought just as rain perpetuates rain.
Did the Drought End ?
