So “trading or apparent trading activity for the purpose of artificially causing the price of a commodity to move up or down” is illegal? Those of us who watch these markets closely can identify highly likely instances of this on almost a weekly basis. The only thing worse than unregulated markets are regulations so routinely flaunted they are a joke.
