in this situation yes might as well just pay the extra for herbicides. my scenario was more for a small guy to persuade a LL to do a 50/50 instead of just taking 200-220 per acre rent that big guys are paying. at these prices even my idea does not come out in favor for the LL take away the extra incentives and the LL would be foolish to turn down the cash rent
Is this 50/50 lease fair?
