East Central, NE | I don't generally don't have a problem with the "shop supplies" part of the bill except for when I know there were no shop supplies used. For instance, driving out to the farm to diagnose a problem or hooking up a computer for 15-30 minutes and not use anything. In instances such as those there needs to be a way for the mechanic to make a note somewhere and say no shop supplies were used so the customer isn't billed. | |
