I think we'll have to agree to disagree. I'm happy my bank is happy and that's my main goal. I'm very open with my banker. I've never put rent,inputs or leases on a balance sheet but they go in my annual cashflow and my bankers know this. Maybe net worth is making all the difference, I don't know....stellar conversation though.
