world wide web.....silly | Land rent doesn't go on the balance sheet....land pymts prin & int do go on a balance sheet same with leased equipment vs: equipment under a loan. So your loan pymts go on as a liability and leases don't...it's a flawed system.... what I think would be a more worthy ratio would be is if your putting your expenses in for 12 months you should be able to put in expected income in for the same 12 months | |
