I agree with Andrew,

but if you have someone helping you in the shop I would slide the flighting out like he said (likely only going to be bottom 2 feet that is worn) and see if its possible to weld/bend 3/8 rod onto the outer edge of the flighting. Easy, cheap fix that lasts a long time and gives you a bigger lip on the edge. That's what I would do anyways; done it on several bigger augers before. That flighting edge is at a stage where it could still be welded to; by next year it may be too thin

If you are going to replace the flighting, McTavish Flighting in Rosenort, MB also does some custom rolling for customers.
