Had the same dilemma a few years back. Weighed the yearly costs of owning a small dump bed truck to that of a dump trailer. Went on a limb and bought the dump trailer, never regretted my decision. Hauls debris, dirt, skid loader, mini excavator..... The list goes on. And if you take care of it it will hold its value better than the truck.
