A buddy of mine's Dad owns a bank. He always told his son and I cash was king and operate on cash. So Benny and I were giving him a hard time, so we said in other words you don't want to get stuck a used bag of seed corn or a combine that is depreciating like a falling rock, bout you have no problem getting stuck a farm that you can own for 30+ years. He just laughed at us.
