That range was 0.91 for cash corn in 2015, the lowest in the last 4 years. Attached chart shows the cash corn range each year since 1981 for US total geographical area (the national cash corn range).

Historical odds from that chart favors greater spread for cash corn price in 2016 than the spread in 2015 cash corn price (higher volatility).
