East Arkansas | I want to say DUH but can you honestly not understand what Edward is saying...working capital is not a leading indicator...net worth is king...if you have net worth you can refinance and do whatever you want with working capital.
In these examples it's possible to own 2000 acres with no debt, no equipment or no operating debt but no working capital...you wouldn't give that guy a loan? Geez...
