world wide web.....silly | So if a guy rents 2000 acres @ $350/acre total rent is $700,000.00 if a guy owns 2000 acres and has pymts of $80/acre that's a $160,000.00 pymt. Using that info on a balance sheet the renter looks to have a better looking ratio but on a cashflow the farmer with land pymts would look better. The way working capital is figured is flawed. | |
