I repeat working capital is not cashflow. If your reasonable total income - your total expenses works that's what's most important. The way working capital is figured isn't accurate. If a full years land rent or machine leases were put in as liabilities as land and machine pymts are it would be apples to apples otherwise it's comparing apples to oranges.
