Local CGB used to load 300- 400 containers a week. In the last few years that market has faded. Tight margins, high sea freight, container companies don't want heavy containers, chassis companies raising rates, every municipality ( township, town , state) has overweight permits. Now they do 15 - 20 some weeks. This all within 6 miles of UP intermodal. Now it all goes toward Chicago.
Has contracted directly with a rail buyer?
