Boog.....when I bot a MX240, one poster made the comment that the key to avoiding the CAPS problems was turning the key on for a minute or two before starting, thereby allowing the electric pump to fill, and provide the needed lubing.

Apparently the problem with the CAPS is the pump running dry, exploding, and taking everything with it.

(I'm sure a good mechanic can say it more artfully than I.)

Anyway..........we will see.
