245 based on the sole fact it has a common rail fuel system versus the CAPS pump. We've had great luck with our 255, but some others have not, and there's always this thought in the back of my head if this is the year the pump is going to go out on us. You also get the newer body style, and some upgraded "amenities" inside the cab.
