Correct, the FWD tread is made for the front on MFWD tractors. It isn't at all a 23 degree bar...more like a curved bar that starts out at 23 at the sidewall edge and gets sharper toward the center and ends up nearly parallel at the center of the tread. The bars are spaced fairly close.
