I would highly recommend the EZ-Steer 500 combo......Although I do have one question, why do you want a 252 reciever? The 500 comes with its own antenna and built in reciever that would be more than capable of getting you your 3-4 inch accuracy. There are actually three different accuracy's that the system is capable of recieving without upgrading recievers......There is the free signal WAAS which will get you 6-8 inch accuracy, there is the $800.00/year Omnistar XP which will give you 3-5 inch accuracy, and then there is the $1,500.00/year Omnistar HP which will give you 2-4 inch accuracy. The only reason that I could imagine you needing a 252 is if you were wanting to go with RTK for sub-inch accuracy.
