Just like when CRP first came out. I had a landlord put 1/2 of a farm in. We told him to as we in good conscience could not. The CRP bonus was more than he paid for the farm a couple years earlier. Note he only put in HALF the farm and the check was more than he paid for the WHOLE farm!
