Indiana University has access to LIDAR and DEM. Google maps.indiana.edu, my tech has had good luck. Been using DEM files, he says the accuracy is a lot better. Uses SMS advanced to convert into contour maps. Really pretty nice, thought we would have to spend a couple thousand on ESRI to get the drainage maps we wanted, turned out had what we needed with SMS.
