Subject: RE: Advice on Agco tractors

Southern IL Randolph County
We have owned an 02' DT 200 since 04' and have had good luck overall with it. Cummins engine is good and so is the power shift. I have had some minor issues with the hydraulic remotes several years ago along with some electrical issues with the 3pt hitch. My main aggravation the last few years has been the air conditioner compressor bracket has worn and then eventually cracked and broke. Welded that one up only to fail and then purchased a new bracket which also failed shortly from poor welding from the supplier. A minor thing, but the location of the compressor is not the best. Overall a good machine and you could find a DT 200 or 225 for a good price now. I wish ours had the electronic joystick like our 205b has which I guess was an option on the early DT models.
