| Jblands your spot on I'm in the Bootheel, gin land is sort of a necessary evil here some gins are ok to farm for some are terrible. Outside land is worth a premium here that doesn't have strings attached, heck the implement dealers own a ton of land and dictate what color tractors you run I don't farm none for them, Bankers own a ton of land too if that tells you something. We rent some gin ground it hasn't been terrible as long as you get a rebate.
