On your last point about how these tractors respond to auto steer. I use a Trimble 500 with ez steer on my 8710 with no problems. I made my own bracket to make it fit, but I'm guessing there is probably a Trimble made bracket to fit these tractors. I don't use RTK, just WAAS (I think those are the right designations. I'm not a big techie guy, just use it because it works so well.)
