The way that works is US taxpayers are required to give part of their money to US government IRS every year. Government then uses that money to pay for some of the stuff that government does, including returning part of that money to taxpayers in the form of 'free' college education, healthcare, Medicare, and Medicade. Because US government does more stuff than taxpayers money can buy, they print more money to pay for that more government stuff. |
