He also said "in the strip" so does that mean your only tested the strip? Or a weighted average of strip and non strip?

Soil tests simply aren't calibrated for that scenario. More useful would be crop tissue tests. My guess would be that his crop tissues do not show a shortage of phosphorus. If that's the case, what does the removal rate matter?

Alot of assumption there. I guess i just cant understand how if a crop removes a 70-50 and you are constantly applying a 35-25 but placing it in a strip somehow the crop dosent remove the 70-50 from the soil?
