You are mining, but if it takes 200 years before the soil fertility starts to drop, does it matter for now?
You must have some incredible soils for it to take 200 years for fertility to drop. I have seen guys turn a average farm into a depleted wreck in less than ten. I bought a farm that is low 80 csr and a dink had mined it for ten years before i bought it.
