I got $328 for 15 years on 160 acres. Payment limitations come into play real quick. Signing bonus and cost share are figured in for limitation. If you're not careful, a lot of that can be left on the table.
Fricken stupid that you guys can get $300 for crp. Up here lucky to get $50. Just cause bumch of idiots ran your rents and land values out of the stratosphere doesn't mean crp is worth $300. |
