I think that the limit for this 2016 is 26 Million acres in 2013 there were 26.9 million acres in crp some has come out not sure how much will be accepted or not
but it would seem that getting 1 million new acres in would be about the limit.
btw if your able to get 315 from the gov for 10 years might be a pretty good deal
