| Well said -- My question as a younger guy is as follows. How many older guys with a lot of equity will keep this market afloat, and for how long? Good farms havent backed off yet, and seem to show no sign of it. It becomes self fulfilling -- buy ground and spread it among your other acres, as long as they cash flow they buy more -- like the college kid with the credit card - make the payment, that is all. Only need to pay living expenses and upgrades they choose. That generation has enough equity they could hold this market steady for a number of years. Any ideas? | |
